That this is almost universally true regarding goons and racism is pretty obvious already.

"White trash" is as much a class-based slur as "nigger" is a racial one, but of course one cannot be spoken in public while the other is accepted even in polite society. I suspect the reason has less to do with black people and more to do with liberal whites keeping down those "uppity" rednecks who probably vote republican.

Liberals prove that they belong to a higher caste of white people by their superior pity for and sympathy with the plight of blacks and others - but not asians because a) they're not suffering, and b) they represent an actual threat to whites in the areas where they compete (business, academics, science).

The most obvious reason why they would bother with this pity and sympathy is that on some level they suspect blacks can't do it by themselves. So, yeah, liberals most likely are pretty racist. They're also elitist snobs - but not the good kind, which arises from a sense of superior merit.

He wipes their websites. He blocks their torrent ports. He hacks their school records and their facebooks. He signs up for their forums with 100 alts and has conversations with himself. He signs them up for V1a9arA websites, he posts their picture onto goatse and posts it to 4 chan. And like that, he's gone. Underground. Nobody's ever seen him since. He becomes a myth, a spook story that noobs tell their guild on WoW servers. "Open up a forum and fishmech will join it." But no one ever really believes.
